Furry Friends Food Bank is dedicated to preserving the special bond between people and their pets by providing pet food and basic pet care supplies to seniors in need. FFFB recognizes that the love, support, and companionship pets give is invaluable to mental and physical health. Pets play a vital role in giving a sense of purpose to the low-income seniors our program serves, many of whom are ill or isolated.

Furry Friends is funded exclusively through private donations and grants. We are grateful to the individual donors and companies who support our mission to keep pets in their homes with the older owners who love them!

Want to help the pets of low-income older adults in Eastern Maine?  Make a one-time or ongoing monthly donation HERE. Furry Friends also accepts donations of many types of pet food and supplies; our highest need is for kitty litter and canned cat and dog food.  Call 1-800-432-7812 or email info@eaaa.org to learn more!
