Commodities Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) Manager

Eastern Area Agency on Aging is seeking a candidate to oversee the Commodity Supplement Food Program (CSFP). The position is full-time, 40 hours per week and will be based out of the Annex location at the Airport Mall in Bangor. Frequent travel through our four county coverage areas is required.

The Program Manager will develop, coordinate and oversee the day to day operations, customer service and record keeping for the CSF Program; development and implementation of the program will focus on identifying resources and promoting services within the Penobscot, Piscataquis, Hancock and Washington county areas; the Manager will oversee the regional coordinators, who supervise direct volunteers, and arrange operational details necessary to perform the work of the program.

Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required. Candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience planning and performing tasks appropriate for the position. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required upon hire.
