Mindful Meditation

Hosted by yoga instructor Diana, Mindful Meditation will begin with an introduction to the basics of a meditation practice and add new techniques and exercises as the class progresses. The focus in the beginning will be on on breathing and creating space, progressing as the class goes on to different styles of Pranayama (breath of life) exercises and visualization. This class will leave the participant with a deeper understanding of the benefits of a regular self care relaxation practice.

$59 for the six-week session
