Hosted by Michelle Spencer, this fun and dynamic and accessible exercise class offers strength, mobility, balance and range of motion. Strength is important. It allows us to perform all the activities we love for the rest of our lives. By focusing on our core, we can access not only the muscles that support our bodies by Yoga-Pilates fusion but add length and support to our spine. You won’t have to worry about building bulky muscles. Yogalates will help you build lean muscle mass and is safe for all students. Modifications will be provided.
